I made an accident on the 19 May 2013 reported to King Prise Insurance on the 20 May 2013 got my claim number same day which was excellent in my opinion at the time. My problem however is that it is going now for the 3rd week since the accident and still my car has not been booked in for repairs at a Auto Body workshop the workshop i was referred to is fully booked until the 21 August 2013 in other words i must wait until August to have the damages on my vehicle repaired? My vehicle is used every day to travel to work and back and this is becoming a problem because there is a noise on the front right hand side wheel where the vehicle was damaged. I call King Prise almost every day to follow up if they have an alternative Auto Body workshop where i can get my vehicle fix up and until today nothing. I changed to King Prise Insurance due to the excellent marketing but to honest my old insurance was much more efficient when it comes to settling customer claims and customer satisfaction. Very disappointed customer.
