Debited for a cancelled dentdoctor policy

I cancelled my Dent Doctor Warranty on April 10th 2013 however MFC has still debited me the sum of R1492 which includes R70 for the policy I just cancelled. Surely my monthly debit should now be R1422. Also MFC has not confirmed the amount that Dent Doctor Warranty has paid them back on my behalf upon cancellation of the policy
