Poor service

*these ae my emails as sent through yesterday. I am still waiting for a call back...

I called you guys again around 16h30 and was assured that the sales consultant would contact me before close of business. It is now after 5pm and no call to date. This is 4 hours of me having to wait and avail myself for a call i firstly didn't receive, no liberty in returning my calls or responding to my emails.
Are your calls really recorded for customer service because clearly I'm not receiving any any such service from you. I am an existing client and expect a level of service for the monthly premiums which you receive from me or should I deliberately lapse a premium to at least get a call, even if its money due?
Do i need to escalate this to a higher level to at least get a response?

I have contacted your company just after 13h00, and again 15 minutes ago. I am still awaiting for the consultant to contact me as per our telephonic conversation earlier.
I am an existing client, with two cars and household insurance underwritten through your company. I have just purchased a bakkie and wish to cover this also. It has already been for an inspection as requested.
