POOR SERVICE

I recently took out cell insurance with dial direct, the sales agents told me that i would recieve my policy documents the next afternoon, to date i have not recieved it.i have made numerous calls to customer care and they keep promising me that i will recieve the docs, bt that has not happened.is dial direct hiding sumtn and is that the reason i have not recieved the docs yet? probably waitn for the 30 days 'cooling off' period to finish then send the docs.im paying for sumtn n desrve to have that in writn n nt keep chasing agents to get my docs.theres nothing SIMPLE SMART INSURANCE abt dial direct.
