Exceptionally poor customer service. Not what I expect from the Discovery brand. I have an unresolved portable possession claim, where promised call back was not made in 3 weeks. I have called in to follow-up, and each time a call back is promised. No one escalates to management, despite numerous requests to speak to the manager.
Entire claims process has been handled badly, but this last matter has left me questioning the quality of service I have always associated with Discovery
