While I was still a student I had an account with Finchoice, due to financial problem I couldnt pay it off. They lodged a judgement on my name. I payed up my account but when i applied for a can early this year i was declined due to the judgement. I requested assistance from Credit Salvage Corporation SA, on the 15th of May 2013 they contacted the attorneys who obtained this judgment against me on behalf of FINCHOICE and have drafted consent to rescission of judgment to be completed by them and submitted it to them together with our request for consent as per the requirements of the Kempton Park magistrates court for the matter to be rescinded and removed from your credit report, the judgment was successfully rescinded on the 22nd of May. On the 23th request to remove the judgement on my credit record was submitted at Transunion credit bureau.by the 31st of May Transunion credit bureau confirmed removal of the judgment from mycredit profile.
In less than a month the judgement was removed from my credit profile. Im greatful to Sindile Ngulube for his great work and interaction with me, i would recommend everyone to use Credit Salvage.
