The FNB Teller at the DotNet in Centurion Mall is the only FNB Teller in the Mall, Friday 2013/05/31 they cut the queue of customers and had a "Being Serviced" message. No communication of how long it will take and no care. People started leaving after half an hour waiting. Today 2013/06/04 I went back because I have to draw cash and it's the only teller withing walking distance from my work so I waited and then just as it was my turn the message came up again "Being Serviced". After waiting for about 30 minutes again I asked one of the technicians to tell me what is going on. He had a completely arrogant and attitude and instead of just being friendly and answering my question, he said "Why you ask me, the people are inside they will fix it, you must wait". After 10 minutes I decided to leave. Why do you waste the public's time with a being service message when you are actually attending to a fault? Why can't your staff be friendly and straight forward tell us it will take a while? Is you staff incompetent that they are still servicing a teller since Friday? This is unacceptable. Put in a second teller or replace the teller and go sort it out offsite!!!
