Kindly note that in July 2012 one person from Coombe associate, came to me and told me that i owe them, on which i knew i skipped 4 payments, he promised me that i will be paying my acc via my bank, he took all the baking details, to my suprise, they came to my employer to serve the garnishee order, they started deducting from the employer and also from my bank, i tried to get hold on them with no vail, until i contacted the Law Society to help me in this issue, the issue was handled and the Coombe and associate promised to refund me the money, i didnt want a refund, i wanted it to be deducted once not twice, they stopped the garnishee and refunded me, after 3 months they came back and started with the garnishee, but now it is very difficult to get hold of them i cant even get statements from them, now i want to settle the account no body is helping me, you will call them you will hold for an operator for more than an hour, and i cant even get a statement from them, my balance was 9000 but now they said ill pay 24 000, i want to settle the account
