I'm a full time student and last month a company called Destiny tried to debit money from my account and because the debit didn't go through I was charged R115 for something I did know about as I'm always at school. I went to Standard Bank at Campus Square and they said they can't stop a debit order, I'm supposed to call the company and ask them to stop debiting my account. I called the company and they said I must send them an email which I did but they never responded to my email. The same thig has happened this month, this company tried to debit money from my account and Standard Bank charged me R115. Now I don't know what to do as Standard bank cannot stop a debit order and that company does not respond to my emails. Now I'm paying R115 every month. I'm a student and I can't have have my money taken away as the only money I receive is for school.
