So generally discovery is the medical aid, i have been a discovery member for the past 18 months and yet i cannot say i am a happy member, i have a membership with my son and i, we have the simplest package yet everything has to be complex and a issue. Every doctor seems to be moving away from keycare yet i pay R1800 every month for medical aid which we barely use and all due to salary bracket and the measly rates they pay the doctor for the amounts i pay every month its ridiculous if i had a choice i would have kicked discovery along time ago to the curb, its difficult to even get my 3 year old to a doctor these days as the doctor he has been with for the past 3 and a half years has now also let go of discovery, what do you suggest i do about this, i would love a suggestion of what i can do as we are in eersteriver and not alot of doctors are staying with your keycare packages and we pay so much money for it.
