I spoke to Kevin today and he said I still have an outstanding amount of R3414 on my account. On Friday the 31st of May 2013 I settled my account with an amount of R3450.49 as advised by Thulani and he said that this was because credit accumulates per day. The very same day I sent my proof of payment to [Email Removed] and called after 20 minutes as advised by Thulani to ask for a settlement letter. Upon calling I spoke to Kevin and he said they had received the e-mail and by Monday the 3rd of June 2013 I will receive a settlement letter yet today Kevin now tells me I should fax my proof of payment again which I did and a lady by the name of Pumla responded via e-mail and said, I quote "Kindly note that it may take about 36 working days for the closure process to finalise." I appreciate the response but I fail to understand why it would take more than a month for my account to be closed when it only took minutes to open it. Please close my account as I am sure my payment now reflects on your systems.
