FAMILY WHO ARE GRIEVING AND NEED TO CARRY OUT THE FUNERAL NEEDING THAT MONEY TO DO SO. THEN AFTER CANCELLING THE POLICY, THEY STILL DEDUCT THE PREMIUM FROM MY ACCOUNT. ONE PLAN MANAGEMENT NEED TO GET ORGANISED AND STOP UPSETTING THEIR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP.
