I logged a call Fri, May 24, 2013 at 1:34 PM reporting that I pursuanced R1000.00 Electricity and received and Error via Online Banking yet FNB provided me with Tocken. The token is worth R500.00 I am still missing R500.00 of Electricity... I have called in three times and they keep promising to soft this issue out.
I need either my refund of R500 or Token for electricity.
