I have a personal loan with Nedbank, the payments use to come off my Nedbank account till September 2012 when after lots of grey hair from Nedbank I moved my account to another bank. Since then I have been paying my payments to Nedbank via EFT every month on the 25th but some times even before the 25th. I have been listed as a slow payer on the Credit Bureau because 2 months I paid R 2 275.00 instead of R 2 275.57 and because they lost the payment I did for December 2012 even after sending them proof of payment.

They have been harassing me for months asking me for payments and sending me letters stating I am in arrears even when I send them proof of my payments.

How can a Nedbank be allowed to harass people and mess with their credit rating because of their incompetence?
