How can my settlement amount be more than my outstanding balance. What is the use you have a call centre that you call when you query items but they say they cant help you they will send you an email so I wait 15 minutes on a call I am paying for only to be told no they will send me an email they cant help me I am stunned?
1. A statements dated 7 March 2013 the outstanding balance is R2693.64 before my payment went through on 20th March 2013
2. After this payments went off March, April, May R696.59 X 3 = R2089.77
3. Outstanding R2693.64 - Payments R2089.77 = R603.87
4. Outsource Commission March R74.88 Outsource Commission April R74.88 Outsource Commission May R74.88 Outstanding balance R603.87 New outstanding R828.51
5. Outstanding Balance R828.51 March Interest R24. 50 April Interest R22.00 May Interest R20 New outstanding Balance should be less than a R1000.
