In last year, I ordered a Samsung Tablet 10 inch from FNB. The couriers contacted me and when they deliverd, it was the wrong item. They send me the 7inch. I send it back with the couriers the same day. I called the department number, told them that they delivered the wrong item and they promised me that they will send me the new tablet. Its now a year later and no tablet was received. When I try to apply online, it says I have already taken up this offer. I have called many times to the same department and with no results. They don't know what happened. Im getting sick and tired as the tablet was approved but not delivered. Could someone PLEASE send me my proper tablet? Please contact me via email.
