BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF

We applied for a home loan that was approved for R600 000 and in the process also applied for a Home Vision for R100 000 that was promised to us by the branch Admin to get paid out to us as soon as the house gets registered on our name. We also paid registration cost on that Home Vision.
After registration they said we must just apply for the R100 000 to get paid out and it woud be paid out to us in 3 days then they came with issues about the property value not being enough for us to qualify for the R100 000 to be paid out.
It was brought up with the Registration department and the complaints department and we had to apply agin and for the 2nd time they declined it after we got approved the 1st time. They said reason for the 2nd time decline was apparently due to our credit score.
If their people weren't so incompetent in the 1st place then we would have got our money as our credit score was fine until we had to apply numerous times for this money which was approved for in the beginning already (otherwise we would not have paid registration cost on that).
We just want our money paid out to us that was promised to us in the first place.
