Smart Device Pathetic Waiting Period

I ordered my smart device through FNB 2 weeks ago. I only received n SMS last week Monday saying that they received my application. From then i have had no feedback. I am sitting without a Cellphone and no feedback as to when i will receive it. I contacted the call centre and they could not give me any info on the status of my order. How long must one wait? This is ridiculous!!!
