I was shocked when I looked at my statement this morning and discovered that ABSA debited my account with an incorrent amount. This is totally, totally unacceptable because most of my debit orders has failed due to this.
This is so unprofessional of ABSA and considering to take switch to other banks since their branch assistance is just as poor. They need to understand they cannot just take away our limited hard-earned money like that, we have other commitments.
