CBP fees and Customer Service is Clueless?

I would like ABSA to kindly explain to me why I am being charged approximately R300 every month on CBP fees on my account over and above my account and internet banking fees. These fees just appeared on my bank statement about two moths ago, and based on other complains on this website, ABSA has failed to respond with a reasonable explanation with regards to these fees. I also called ABSA's customer service and they were clueless and coud not help, they told me to spend more money and go to my nearest ABSA brach as they do not know what these fees are!

I have been banking with ABSA for 8 years and this is the type of service they are offering me.

I would like to get a proper explanation on this matter and get this resolved AS A MATTER of URGENCY or I also close my many accounts with them!!!
