I don't know who on earth gave these people licence to handle people's money! I went into the branch in Eastgate to get my money reversed into my account and told me I need a letter from the people who took my money stating they shouldn't have! Who's bank account it it?? Who's money is being taken here?? To make it all worse I called Head Office to BLOCK these people from taking my money but they told me they need a reference and whoever the girl is that I spoke to over the phone (before I could go the branch the following day) told me that she can see the people but can't block it! Who must I trust to take care of my money if they cannot protect me from scarvengers!!
