I had a gym contract with Planet Fitness in 2009, and i cancelled it in 2011... Today 18/01/2013 i got a call from a rude SAYA call center agent who was telling me that i owe planet fitness and she is going to hand me over to the credit bereu if i dont pay. She claims that she has telephonic records of me commiting to paying that debt in December 0f 2012.
My problem is that my planet fitness contract was cancelled by me after speaking to a customer service agent in November 2011.
I think that debt collecters buy debtors books that are not updated and they hound us like we are bad payers.
I am prepared to take legal action against SAYA if they do not produce the telephonic recordings they claim to have.
