Absa making own changes on my account

In february i call as my bond account didn't go of on the date as instructed, spoke to a consultant she couldn't advise why... asked for a supervisor and she dropped the call.i left it till march to check and again deduction took place last day of the month..., based on this i made some changes.i went into absa on the 31 may as i now want to close my cheque account and couldn't cze the bond didn't go off... went back on the 1st june to close the account as the bond should have gone off..and it didn't... now i am furious as i am being charged for this in terms of services fees... because of something that was changed by absa intially and on top i have to complete a form to change the date... but i never requested a date change... therefore absa... i want my cheque account closed with no services fees charged and i will not complete a form.i would at the same time like to compliment meryl langford as she assisted me to the best of her ability and understand fully she did her utmost..however absa need to resolved this matter. further.
