ATM deposit erro

On the first of May 2013 i deposited money into my blue bean credit card at a Standard Bank ATM at the Mall@reds I received a slip stating that the deposit was successful. A few days later I went to an ATM to check the balance on my blue bean credit card and it showed that there was no payment made at all. I then phone blue bean to query this issue and they told me to call standard bank. On the 18th of may I went into the bank to query the problem. The person at the accounts queries department told us that the problem will be resolved in 3-4 working days. This did not happen. I went to the bank again on the 25th of may to query this again and we saw the same consultant that help me and he assured me that the problem would be resolved that same day. That didn't't happen its now a week later and the very same consultant promised me again that it would be resolved and during this whole month blue bean has been harassing me and threatening me to make a payment. Right until this moment this problem is left unresolved. I am now at a stage were I'm going to move to another bank as this is not the first time I have problems with standard bank
