One call (20 minutes) and no resolution!

I called the Nedbank "one call" helpdesk to enquire about a Greenbacks award i had claimed. This call took me twenty minutes without any resolution!

I asked her when i could expect the delivery and in her arrogance she indicated that an "expert" which she consulted at my expense of around four minutes only to tell me that what your website says in terms of delivery time frames are wrong as the "expert" had given her alternate delivery times.

Jessica the agent firstly needed to spell out the name of her supervisor and then put me on hold for more than three minutes to find her supervisors number! This is unacceptable!

So after a twenty minute cellphone call i do not know when the goods will be delivered!

So much for calling Nedbank! Any wonder why i am moving my account to another bank!

Nedbank staff need significant training in how to treat the people who pay their salaries!
