I am furious at Avbob for deducting money from my bank account. I phone in for a quote that they send the letter to me and on the 14 May i cancelled it by sending them a letter through fax. Two days after the fax they send me a message stating that my policy is cancelled and still i phoned just to confirmed this.

Today there was a deduction from my account fromd. Avbob policy i cancelled. I phoned the call centre and they say it is cancel no deduction, but my bank confirmed this. If Avbob have this bad service already i am so glad i have cancelled.
The only that irritates me is my money they havede, deducted.
