Unauthorised debiting of the Account

On the 23rd Feb I closed my just save account and the monthly debit order was stopped. To my surprise on the 28th Feb the money was deducted from my cheque account however it didn't go into the just save account as it was closed. The money never bounced back into my account, I waited for a period of 2weeks as I was waiting for t before going to a Nedbank branch near me as I was waiting for the money to bounce back into my account. I went to the Krugersdorp branch and they told me they can't help me I need to go to the branch where I opened my account. I then went to the UJ branch where I opened my account and Gail was very helpful and constantly gave me feedback on the progress. It is now the end of May and I still do not know where my money is. Today (30th May) I went to Key West branch and was assisted by Eisabe and she was as helpful as she could be, she is still trying to trace my money and will get back to me. I think its ridiculous the time it has taken and is still taking for me to get my money back. If I owed the bank money I would be charged interest on the money I owe.
