Are you kidding me? WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

This is my 3rd Hello Peter complaint about the same issue... Reason being: It's still not sorted!!!
-1st complaint loaded on 13 May. No contact form FNB at all only a reference number 285267 for someone sorting out my query on why it cost me R388.26 to close a loan 4 yrs prior to the initial loan term. This reference number was provided to me by a Complaint resolution consultant: Tracey Sonickson (Who by the way have made no attempt to contact me telephonically to sort out this ridiculous charge.
-2nd complaint loaded on 24 May. Celeste Kruger also from the complaints resolution department replied stating the matter was referred to the relevant manager (Also no telephone contact made at all). Till date this issue is still not sorted and I guess I would once again receive a reply from another complaint resolution advisor stating they've referred the matter...
