I feel the need to express my gratitude to FNB employee, Zaahir Osman.

This employee has gone over and beyond the call of duty to assist me with various needs. Zaahir has always focussed on my requirements, is always professional and always and i mean ALWAYS goes the extra mile for me and everybody i refer to him. He always makes me feel like im his only client which makes any interaction with him a very pleasant one. I refuse to be assisted by any other staff member.

for example: One day during my lunchtime i applied for a loan with Zaair and while walking back to the office i received the sms confirming the funds being credited to my account.

Zaahir Osman, you are the example that every employee in your industry and bank should follow. I would hire him any day. In the cut throat client services industry where ultimate client services is needed you have set the bar extremely high. I commend you on your attitude and your skills used to perform your daily duties.
