Our car and house was badly damaged in the hail on 18 Oct 2012. Due to the huge number of cars affected and delay due to timing so close to Christmas we were without a car for 3 months. Paul personally saw to our car being fixed to his and our satisfaction and sent back to the supplier numerous times until the job was completed. He also saw to it that I had a rent a car for a longer period than my contract stated and ensured that it was extended to cover the time I was without a car. The service from telesure has been phenomenal from day one and I have never experienced such amazing service and support. There have been problems along the way however they have always been fixed with the outmost professionalism and care.
