Settlement amount paid!!!

Good day, I took out a personal loan from direct axis in March. My first debit order was due the 1st of May. I've phoned on the 12th of April 2013 for the settlement amount. I've paid the full amount on that day, and asked direct axis to close the account. Well, it's not closed and is still appearing on my internet banking. I've contacted them on numerous occasions to remove the detail from my profile as I don't owe them anything. No one had the courtesy to assist me and had to phone other institutions (as per direct axis) and still landed up back at direct axis customer line. Unfortunately I don't have the time or energy to make 10 calls a day, just to get a competent person to assist me. I want the loan I took with direct axis removed from my FNB profile.
