Updates Not carried out correctly

I applied to purchase a vehicle and was declined due to affordability, when I was asked why i was told i have numerous accounts, I duly went and got a new ITC report from ITC and low and behold it states I still have accounts that have been closed for YEARS!!! I called the places that the report says I still have accounts and they assure me, my accounts are closed! on my report it states clearly that most of my stuff hasn't been updated in over a year! This is not fair I need a new car and have been declined as Transunion hasn't updated my profile so the bank thinks i have accounts I DO NOT HAVE. I'll make it real simple I have Holard Insurance, and an MTN Cell phone account. I have closed my credit card but still have a couple hundred rand to pay off. I have NO other accounts and my Car with Standard bank vehilce and asset finance is paid up in full as of December and closed! I repeat I DO NOT have any accounts I paid them all off and closed them ALL in Spetember 2011.

Please can someone tell me what is going on and why I am being punished because some one else hasn't done their job!!! this is affecting my ability to live as without a car I can't get anywhere!
