I am not happy at all, my loan account with standard bank was handed over to attorneys, due to non payments as i was not working, i got a job at Capitec bank and and had my changed my salary to be paid into standard bank, now without no notice they debitted R2000.00 of my rent money, leaving me stranded, when i called in im told of this long procedure i need to follow of which i need this money by friday to pay my rent. how can they hand over my account and still debit without notice my account an amount beyond the loan instalment. unhappy customer. i cannot wait for long as i was told needs to be sent to another department. friday the landlord is waiting for his money.
