For the first time we have become part of South Africa's statistics regarding Burglary. Fortunately we had insurance with Dial Direct but we were not sure if this was going to be a long and painful experience.
Fortunately Pieter Grobler came to our house and guided us through the whole process and answered all the questions we had. I got all my paperwork together but still needed one document. Pieter assisted me and went the extra mile to get the claim resolve. We have been with a few insurance companies, but never before submitted a claim, but with dial direct we can say that we will stay a client of dial direct for years to come with their excellent service and great staff assistance.
We will suggest Dial Direct to anyone and hope that their service regarding their customers will stay as excellent as what we received.
