On 3 May 2013 we send stamped application will all the documentation needed from Standard Bank Ventersdorp and send it to head office Standard Bank pension fund loans. 6 May we called, feedback from head office they didn't received the documentation, branch and me fax it again. 9 May call centre: payslip, proof of recidence outstanding, fax it through plus mail, 13 May: again all this docuem outstanding, mail through again, 16 May now all this documentation plus first page of applic form id of spouse and income and outcome state outstanding, mail again through, 20 May again doc outstanding mail again, 23 May again the same story, 27 May first call centre said the docum outstanding, after me complain the guys said no everything ok wait for the MGF to response. Today the 28th I called call centre said not everything still oustanding. Oh my soul what must I do.??? first everthing was fax through via there branch at VSD, komotso received a mail, beverley hobson, Loretta received mails, the [Email Removed] received more than six mails, phone calls more than fithteen!!! Everytime a other story. All the needed documentation are there but no improvement, HELP!
