I have been a client of Absa for awhile. I have never had problems with Absa. All of a sudden I am expierincing the worst service ever. As I work at a switchboard it gives me no option as to log my queries through the absa website. they give you an email address [Email Removed] . I have logged two queries with them, one on the 12 December 2012 up until now no feedback received which is more then a month later and again on 15 January 2013.
It gives you the following response " PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A STANDARD RESPONSE AND YOU NEED NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL.

Your e-mail has been forwarded to a consultant who will investigate your enquiry or complaint, and reply as soon as possible. This e-mail service is available from Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 16:30.

I have also tried to log in via the website with my online banking details which I have written down when I went and changed it in the bank I logged in once and it told me that you account has been blocked - how does an account gets blocked when you log in with the correct details. It makes it scary cause that means someone tried to log in on my internet banking which info only I have.
