Im writing this complaint and hoping this matter will be resolved. I took a temporary loan for R6400 on the 10.05.2013 and the conditions was that if the loan is settled within 30 days there will be no interest charged, basically the repayment amount will be same. I was very shocked this morning when I saw a strange debit of R7165 which I did not expect (need a refund to paid back into my account with immediate effect). I took cellphone contract a a few months ago and the monthly debit is R275 per month but to my suprise the amount was deducted twice which is unacceptable (need my refund back).furthermore Im not happy with interest amount levied on my account on the 29.04.2013.
