Call Centre Agent With Attitude

My wife phoned to get a quote for my son's new car insurance. The agent refused to generate a quote because she insisted on my wife's ID number. My wife (correctly I feel in these days of phishing) refused to give it saying that the quote was not for her. She was happy to give my son's ID number. The agent just hung up on her.Net result = we will never approach these clowns again for ANYTHING!
