I mr N Roets received poor service from Legalwise. My policy number is 1272552. I have not received any correspondence or membership details or my card from when I joined in March. I called 0116704500 numerous times to enquire and they keep on telling me that the post office was striking and it was posted in March already and they do have the correct postal address.
