After searching the website I found that there was no other way for me to contact a consultant by email in order to update my facility (remove a vehicle and possibly add others) other than filling in the boxes on the website. This is irritating, as a client of yours, I should be able to email someone directly.
What is more irritating is that you have not responded to me whatsoever, and almost a month has gone by!
