In the beginning of April i informed ABSA that i am terminating the car insurance i have with them. TheY refused to cancel due to the car being financed, then i informed them that i have moved to another insurer, as of the following month the new insurer will start billing me. Absa ignored my request and continued to take my money. last month i reversed the debit order, this month they have taken double, crippling my budget, despite having informed them. i am not happy at all with absa, i have refered this matter to the ombudsman since no one is willing to correct this.
