More than 2 years ago I went under debt counselling at Better Debtor. One of the accounts under the debt review was my Nedbank personal loan. The monthly installment was debited from my bank account every month and then the debt counsellor distribute it to all the creditors. Earlier this month I went to Nedbank to get the settlement amount on my loan and they told me my account was handed over to MSDP attorneys. When I did further investigation I've found that during the 2 years of debt counselling the money was never paid over to Nedbank towards my loan payment. Now the debt counsellor must track the payments of 2 years and see where it went to and get it back so that it can be paid over to Nedbank. The debt counsellor never replies to my emails and he doesn't answer his phone. The offices no longer exist at the adres indicated on all my documents and their telephone numebers also does not exist. How do I get this mess sorted out so that I can settle my Nedbank account?
