This has been an ongoing matter for several years now. I settled my Bluebean card years ago however I'm still listed on ITC. Each time I call they confirm that it was paid in full and that the paid up letter would be sent to the credit bureaus. Still this has not happened. I need someone with knowledge in the correct department to call me please as each time I call its a different person with a different story.
