For a long time I have been on level 3 discounts which qualify s me for a 30% discount on travel. In the past 6 months my earnings have considerably improved and FNB upgraded me to a platinum card. EBucks however downgraded me to level of 20% discounts: This at the time when I would have benefited most as I am about to travel internationally. I phoned the customer centre to find out why, and the person taking the call at the call centre was so rude and condescending, and spoke about "behaviour'' (LOL). FNB - get with it - my "behaviour'' (LOL) has never been better - I am a very good girl. It is just such a joke that I just put the phone down.

Oh btw, I got a sms telling me that if I use my credit card I will get double ebuck points. Is this also contingent on my "behaviour'' (LOL)
