I have a Revolving Credit Plan which i took out in December i made a debit order arrangement, which went through from January to May but to my surprise i receive a letter that my account has been suspended as is in arrears i phoned the contact center who took me back and forth and finally tells me that in March standard bank decided to debit my account less now i want to understand why should i get penalized for standard banks unprofessionalism and incompetency. i am very much disgusted because standard bank is denting my name unnecessarily and if standard bank decides to take little money not according to our agreement standard bank should increase the amount the following month to cover up and why on earth do they debit what we did not agree to, what is the use of agreeing then. i left my previous bank because of such incompetency to find it again in standard bank. i hate for my accounts to be late but standard bank is deliberately doing that. i am not going to allow such a thing and i demand that standard bank remove my name from this stupid suspension for three consecutive months because i did not do anything wrong.
