I would like to thank all the people who helped me from the start until to an end, early this month I called DIAL DIRECT INSURANCE to get a quotation for my car. everything was done and the premium was very very reasonable where I accepted the offer. On the 13th May I called to cancel the Policy due to the terms and conditions that I was not happy with the insurer has. After cancelling my policy I was told that the debit will go through as it was late to stop it, but still I was promised that I will get my refund within 5 working days. On Friday the 24 May I received my full refund from DIAL DIRECT. I never thought I would get my refund as most insurance companies would take you from pillar to post. All in all I want to thank DIAL DIRECT employees. keep up the good work, hope one day I will become a CLIENT.
