Debit accounts without consent

My Account has been debited with R200.00 without my consent.
I have contacted FNB thinking that I might be a victim of. I phone the call centre and are transfered from pillar to post.
I get to find out that the transfer is done internally and cant be reversed.
Is this what happen with all customers money, FNB just does as they please.
It is my MONEY and I have the RIGHT to say what happens to it. DONT just deduct MY MONEY without my CONSENT.I am not happy with the outcome as I am still holding on for the last 15 min now.
If that is HOW FNB treats his customer that I will look for another bank.
