No feed back from standard bank credit card blue

Hello i have applied for blue bean credit card.on the 11 of this month, i have faxed all documents, payslip, bank statements, proof of residence, and i d.all in order.i called the contact centre twice and referd, me to 0861201040, they checked and told me that they will call me, no called, i called again to day friday morning, i spoke to lady, checked, telling me i am approved for the credit card.they still didnt call me, the lady made a request for card division to call me and discuss the card payments.stil no one called, i am waiting, i want some one to call me asap from the standard bank, if the bank having a problem, i can take my business to another bank were i can get help
