ACCIDENT CLAIM

On 18 April 13 a client of Indwe insurance / Santam insurance caused an inconvenience to me by bump into my car. The last month & half was a total inconvenience to me and my fam. A third party claim was submitted, but you won't believe it up till today I got no feedback. It's like my claim is not a serious matter. Their client caused an inconvenience to me why must I suffer. It's not that I was wrong. All I want is whoever is the insurance resonsible to fix it. Nobody phones you, the last person I had to track own was Morris at 011 489 2792. He told me they wait for a report from assessor, but they could'nt send out an assessor to my car. I'm telling you it is still a nightmare. They are suppose to phone me not I must phone them. What kind of service is this. I'm not evens a client, I'm a third party, I don't evens want to know how their own clients are treated. All I want is sort this out because my car is beyond economical repair.
