I have a loan with direct axis and have never defaulted on it, last month I noticed on my Internet banking that my monthly instalment for my loan was sitting at a minus and the called direct axis and asked then if they had received my payment and the lady i spoke to confirmed that i have nothing to worry about the payment was received. A week later i got a car a call from a guy telling they haven't received payment from me i advised they guy of a call i had made confirming my payment and also told him i dont understand why they didnt receive their money as i had money in my account to accommodate the debit order, the gentleman didnt even wanna listen to me all he wanted was for me to confirm when im gonna pay. On the 22 i got another call from a very rude lady who also didnt even want to listen eventually for the sake of peace I told her to debit my account on the 25th plus interested as she advice me of it. This month I will have to pay direct axis twice and it wasnt my fault the debit order bounced and what makes me so mad is that my husband also called them after the first call i had received and they told him they had system problems and I shouldnt worry
